CRANBRIDGE TUTORIAL CENTRE – EXTENSION OF CMCO (27 Oct to 9 Nov 2020)

Dear Parents/Guardians,

The management of Cranbridge Tutorial Centre would like to inform you that both campuses will remain closed till the 9th November 2020 in accordance with the latest directives by the government on the extension of the CMCO in Selangor and Kuala Lumpur for another 2 weeks.

Online classes will continue till then. As such, please ensure that your child attends all lessons.

CRANBRIDGE TUTORIAL CENTRE – SCHOOL CLOSURE DUE TO CMCO (14 Oct to 27 Oct 2020)

Dear Parents and Students,

The management of Cranbridge Tutorial Centre would like to inform you that CEG will be closed on Wednesday, 14 Oct 2020 – 27 Oct 2020 in accordance to the Ministry of Health and Government of Malaysia’s directives.

As such, we would appreciate if your child can attend school to collect all their school work and textbooks to be used during the period of CMCO. All lessons will be conducted online until further notice from the Government. Details of the online class timetable would be issued soon via email.

Please ensure that your child is equipped with the necessary gadgets for their online lessons. Thank you for your cooperation. Take care and Stay safe.

SCHOOL RESUMES FOR TERM 3 (Academic Year Sept 2019 – Aug 2020)

Dear Parents/Guardians,

We are pleased to inform you that the school will resume at school grounds in two stages with compliance to the Ministry of Education, Malaysia’s directives.

The school timing has been revised till the end of this term to minimise the physical contact time of your child whilst in school. Please refer to the table below:

Class timetables will be sent to parents/guardians via email by Friday 10 th July 2020.

All parents are requested to adhere to the following guidelines:
i. Ensure that your child wears a clean face mask every day.
ii. If your child is having a fever, cough or cold, please do not send them to school.

The school will follow all SOPs strictly as below:
i. The checking and recording of temperature of students, teachers and all staff
ii. Sanitisation of hands upon arrival and in between
iii. Encourage / remind students to practice good hygiene.
iv. Constantly disinfect surfaces
v. Practice social distancing as much as possible such as staggered break time, rearranging tables
with a good distance apart and placing distance markers in shared spaces.

Please ensure that your child has a proper breakfast as meals will not be served. Parents who have already made payments for lunch in their school fees for Term Three, rest be assured that the money will be brought forward to the following term’s fee.

The Activity period on Wednesdays will temporarily be replaced with a lesson. This is part of the precautionary measures taken for the safety of your child.

CRANBRIDGE TUTORIAL CENTRE –TERM 3 REVISED DATES (4 May to 21 August 2020)

Dear Parents and Students,

The movement control order (MCO) to curb the spread of Covid-19 in the country has been further extended to 12 May 2020.

We would like to inform you that Term 3 will start on 4 May 2020 (Monday).

Foreseeing the extension of MCO and the possibility of Term 3 starting online, we had sent out a survey on Online Classes to Parents. I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for participating in the survey.

For your information, our teachers were also given a survey to test their aptitude on the online delivery of their classes. Based on the results, we have provided our teachers with training to better equip them to deliver their classes online.

In view of the Online Classes, the management is offering revised fees for Term 3.

You will be receiving the revised fees invoice and further information regarding the Online Classes in your email soon.

CRANBRIDGE TUTORIAL CENTRE – TERM 3 (29 APRIL TO 20 AUGUST 2020)

Dear Parents and Students,

The movement control order (MCO) to curb the spread of Covid-19 in the country has been further extended to 28 April 2020.

We would like to inform you that Term 3 will commence on 29 April 2020 (Wednesday). As you know, during the sudden forced school closure, we continued to touch base with our students through online classes. Additionally, we have decided to extend Term 3 to 20 August 2020.

CRANBRIDGE TUTORIAL CENTRE – END OF TERM 2

Dear Parents and Students,

Today, 9 April marks the end of the MCO Online Classes henceforth the beginning of Term 2 holidays. First and foremost, I am thankful that our parents and teachers have been supportive with the online class arrangements that the school has made. Know that we are listening to your feedback and seek to further improve what we are already doing.

I would also like to give a big virtual hug to our students, the Cranberries who have been quick to adapt to this form of learning.

This Friday (April 10), the government is expected to make an announcement on whether the MCO will be further extended. Based on that, the school will make some decisions and inform you the soonest as possible. We understand that there is so much uncertainty at this point but it is an evolving situation thus we request your patience.

MESSAGE FROM THE PRINCIPAL

Dear Parents and Students of Cranbridge,

Cranbridge Academic Calendar Update due to Covid-19 – Online Classes from 30 March to 9 April 2020

First of all, I hope your family and you are doing fine.

The Government of Malaysia has extended the Movement Control Order to 14 April 2020.

Cranbridge will follow suit and the premise will remain closed.

However, on behalf of the school I am pleased to inform you that we will be conducting Online Classes. Please refer to the pdf. file sent along with this message for further information.

Most of our Secondary Level students are already accustomed to this method of learning and should be able to independently follow the classes. I request that you please make some time to guide your children in the Primary Level. They will definitely be excited to learn with you ��

As for the continuation of the Term 2 exams and commencement of Term 3, we will infom you when we have a clearer picture of the current situation.

CRANBRIDGE ACADEMIC CALENDAR UPDATE DUE TO COVID-19

The Government of Malaysia has decided to implement the Movement Control Order, from March 18, 2020 to March 31, 2020, throughout the country.

Cranbridge will follow suit and be closed starting on March 18, 2020 (Wednesday).
Please take note of the following dates :

17 March 2020 (Tuesday) exam will still be on.

18 – 31 March 2020, implementation of Movement Control Order.

1 – 9 April 2020, back to school and continuation of exams and classes.

9 April 2020 (Thursday ), last day of Term 2

27 April 2020 (Monday), Back to school for Term 3

29 April 2020 (Thursday), Parents Teachers Day for Term 2 exam results
